Please note: we ship to the UK only. All goods are sent out either with Royal Mail or by Courier (DPD - Tracked or Hermes - Tracked).

Notification emails will be sent once items have been shipped, including tracking where applicable.

If your item has not been received within these time frames, please contact us. Whilst the responsibility for meeting these delivery times once an item is dispatched lies with the respective courier, we do ask that you contact us if the item is not received within the recommended time-frames. Failure to contact us within 14 days of postage will result in us declaring the item as lost and no replacement will be given.
If delivery of the ordered item is unsuccessful, they are returned to us and we will contact you upon their arrival via email. Please be aware, that it is the responsibility of the customer to collect the ordered item at the agreed collection point (such as Argos) or to ensure there is someone at the agreed delivery address at the specified date to sign for the ordered item. If no one is present the courier may deliver the goods to a neighbour or the item might be taken to your local depot. In this case, a card should be left to advise where the item has been left.
If an item is not collected and therefore returned to us, the postage cost to resend it will have to be paid by the customer.
If a parcel has been delivered but you are claiming non-receipt, please allow 5 working days from date of notifying us to allow us to investigate with the courier.

Returns and requested refunds will be processed within 14 days of the arrival of the returned item.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty or you receive the wrong item Bunwells will exchange the item entirely at our expense for you. We will refund you or send you the correct item assuming we still have the product and/or size in stock. 

Please not that before returning the item, we reserve the right of a photo of the item in its original, undamaged packaging and, if applicable, a photo of the item showing the damage or fault.

If you wish to return a product for a refund because you have changed your mind, we are happy to accept the item back up to 30 days after purchase, as long as it is complete in the original packaging and condition. Please note that before returning the item we reserve the right of a photo showing the item in its original and undamaged packaging.

The return postage/ delivery costs for the unwanted items is the purchaser’s responsibility in this instance. (We strongly recommend that you use a secure or trackable method of postage, i.e. recorded or special delivery, and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition remain your responsibility.)
